Privacy policy.

We collect only what we need to fill an order and stay in touch if you ask us to:

• Contact information — name, email, phone number
• Shipping and billing addresses
• Order history and payment method (tokenized — we don’t store full card numbers)
• IP address and basic browser info — for fraud screening and analytics
• Marketing preferences — only if you opt in

We do not collect:

• Social security numbers
• Bank account numbers
• ID documents (unless required for a customs declaration on international shipping)
• Health or biometric data

Each piece of data has one specific purpose:

• Order details → to ship your order and contact you about it
• Email → confirmations, shipping updates, and marketing if you opted in
• IP and browser data → fraud screening and basic traffic analytics
• Address → shipping fulfillment and tax calculation

We don’t collect “just in case.” If a data point isn’t tied to a function, we don’t keep it.

We share specific data with specific partners for specific tasks:

• Stripe — payment processing. Full card data goes here, not to us.
• USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS — shipping carriers. Name and address only.
• Klaviyo — email marketing, only if you opt in.
• Google Analytics — anonymous traffic data.
• Amazon Web Services — cloud hosting for order data.

We use cookies for three things:

• Cart and session management — you can’t shop without these
• Analytics — anonymous, no personal identifiers tied to traffic data
• Marketing pixels — only if you’ve consented via the cookie banner

You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner at the bottom of the page, or change preferences anytime in your browser settings. Declining marketing cookies won’t break the site.

We only send marketing emails to people who explicitly opted in — at checkout, in the footer signup, or via a popup. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link that works instantly.

If you unsubscribe, you’ll still receive transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, refund notifications) because those are required to fulfill your order.

• Order data — kept for 7 years for tax and accounting requirements
• Marketing list — kept until you unsubscribe
• Analytics data — anonymized after 26 months
• Customer support emails — kept for 3 years
• Inactive accounts — deleted after 5 years of inactivity, with a notice email first

You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see Section 07.

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct anything that’s wrong
• Delete your data — except where we’re legally required to keep it (like order records for tax)
• Take a copy of your data (data portability)
• Object to processing for marketing purposes
• Withdraw consent at any time

For US residents, this includes rights under CCPA. For EU and UK residents, this includes rights under GDPR. For California residents specifically, you have the right to opt out of any “sale” of personal information — and to be clear, we don’t sell any.

Email privacy@sp5streetwearshop.com with your request. We respond within 30 days, usually within a few.

We secure data with:

• TLS 1.3 encryption everywhere on the site
• Encryption at rest on our cloud provider
• Limited employee access — only the people who need data to do their job
• Annual third-party security audits
• Two-factor authentication on all internal systems

No system is perfect. If a breach affects your data, we’ll notify you within 72 hours of discovering it and tell you exactly what we know.

Our site and products are not directed at people under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, email privacy@sp5streetwearshop.com and we’ll delete it immediately.

We may update this policy as we change tools, services, or comply with new regulations. Material changes — anything that affects what we collect or how we share it — trigger:

• An email to anyone on our marketing list
• A banner on the site for at least 30 days
• An updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page
